Inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspection is an important step in the quality control process and is the method for checking the quality of goods before they are shipped. Pre-shipment inspection ensures that production complies with specifications of the buyer and/or the terms of a purchase order or letter of credit. This inspection is conducted on finished products when at least 80% of the order has been packed for shipping. This inspection is done according to standard Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) specs for the product, or based upon customer requirements. Samples are selected and inspected for defects at random, according to these standards and procedures.

Pre-shipment inspection is a part of supply chain management and an important quality control method for checking the quality of goods clients buy from suppliers. Pre-shipment inspection, ensures that vehicle complies with specifications of the buyer and/or the terms of a purchase order or letter of credit. The pre-shipment inspection can be agreed upon between a buyer, a supplier, and a bank, and it can be used to initiate payment for a letter of credit.

We are committed to putting the highest quality certified vehicles on the road. Each certified used vehicle is subject to an intensive 160-point minimum Quality Assurance Inspection, which includes mechanical, detailing, and appearance standards.

Pre-shipping Inspection:

Condition of the body and paint.

Presence of scratches, cracks, dents, or rust

Underbody check for any signs of rust or damage

Condition of tires and wheels

Glass exam for cracks or other flaws

Previous accident damage and previous flood damage

Check lights, A/C, gauges, and operation of all other electrical items

Thorough check of interior--including upholstery, mats, headliner, and seat belts

Comprehensive inspection of the motor and transmission

All drive-line components including 4-Wheel and All-Wheel systems

Steering, suspension, Braking components, and Exhaust system

Visual inspection of engine and all other items under the hood

Notation of fluid level, oil leaks, and any missing parts

We'll address any additional areas of concern that you identify

If possible, assuming the vehicle is street legal and safe weather conditions exist, the entire drive train performance is evaluated with a road test

Customs Brokerage

We have an in-house team of licensed customs and trade professionals. They are experienced & trained in local Customs procedures and can provide advice on all import or export laws and regulations.

We facilitate Customs and Quarantine (MAF / AQIS) clearances for Airfreight, Oceanfreight, Courier and postal shipments at all ports throughout Australia and New Zealand. These services include facilitating clearances with all the appropriate Agriculture, Forestry, Health and other Community Protection agencies.

We assist importers with such matters as tariff options, duty concessions, and landed costing reports. We also assist exporters with duty drawback and origin rulings. Other value added services include Technical Valuations, Legislation advice and general trade advice and consultancy.

Warehousing Distribution

Inwards goods management, storage, pick/pack, national and al distribution, cross-dockingand labelling are all standard services available.
